Daily Maintenance Sequence for the Shoulders

Shoulders feeling tight? Feeling sore after a strong upper body workout? Looking to keep your shoulders healthy and balanced with a daily routine? Some notes to keep in mind: when you do a lot of one thing, you need to make sure you do the opposite. For example, if you do a lot of upper body strength work, you want to incorporate some mobility work for the shoulder region. Have a desk job with a lot of computer work and sitting? You'll want to balance that out with a little more opening of the front body. This sequence incorporates both mobility work along with opening the front body to bring a little more balance to the body. Enjoy!
