Here’s a sequence that focuses on stretching muscles around the whole circumference of the hip joint. Use this before or after a long day of sitting, a strong lower body workout, anytime you’re feeling stiff in the lower body or as a daily maintenance routine!
We'll flow through lunges and forward folds, relieving tension that often accumulates in this area, bringing a more balanced and grounded feeling to the body. Enjoy.
